The Self Love Ceremony is a transformative + memorable photographic experience that is curated specifically for you, your growth & your next era. Together with Sophie, you will create your own unique photoshoot experience, where you will be documented and celebrated.
You will create your own time-capsule with a wax sealed love letter to future you with polaroid images inside, a self love video memoir & a digital album with more than 60+ high quality images of you.

The Self Love Ceremony is a creative and connective container designed to support you in the closing and opening of a new chapter. This is perfect for an upcoming birthday, milestone or simply just because you want to!
We will meet two weeks prior for a cacao/coffee/cocktail (what’s your vibe?!) so I can get to know you, hear your story and curate a unique plan that best reflects where you are in your life. For some women, this will be a softer, lighter feminine expression, perhaps at a waterfall and for others it might be the opportunity to buy some sexy lingerie and step into a holistic boudoir experience.
On the day of your photoshoot, you’ll be showered in love and kindness, with flowers, guided meditation, embodiment practices and a sweet surprise birthday gift from Sophie., The entire photoshoot experience is held with deep intention and compassion. There ain’t no rushing here — you’ll have 3-4 hours to dive into the space and feel the power of being seen, held and celebrated.

WHY DO YOU INCLUDE SO MANY PHOTOS?
I am passionate about the deeper process that goes into these self love, healing experiences. If you only receive the images that you choose, which are typically the ones that you like how you look, then you will never have the opportunity to fall in love with the ones that might be harder to love. This experience is not just a quick fix it’s an opportunity to create new perspectives and a deeper relationship to yourself.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET SICK AND I CAN’T MAKE THE DATE?
I do understand that sometimes the universe can throw us curveballs. You receive ONE free reschedule for your ceremony that must be within 30 days from your date.
IF I DO THIS FOR A BIRTHDAY, DOES IT HAVE TO BE ON MY ACTUAL BIRTHDAY?
Not at all — I get it that you have other commitments or plans to celebrate your birthday and think it’s important to honour that. I’m a big believer in birthday weeks (I mean, a whole week to celebrate being born, how good!) so your Self Love Ceremony can really be whenever you want!
WHEN WILL THE CACAO/COFFEE/COCKTAIL CONNECTION DATE BE?
We will organise a time that works for both of us! This will be around two weeks out from the ceremony.
I’M NOT SURE IF I WANT A NATURE SHOOT OR IN A PRIVATE LOCATION LIKE AN AIRBNB/STUDIO?
Decision overwhelm is such a thing, especially when it comes to something as vulnerable as this. We will debunk this together in your free connection call and work out what the best space is for you and your vision.

If you do decide to have your photoshoot in a private space like a studio or Airbnb, then this will be in addition to your Self Love Ceremony. I encourage women to make this into the boujeest self care retreat, so why not book yourself a super sweet, beautiful room and make the most of it! After all, you deserve it.
