Over the past five years, I’ve held space for over 200 women (and a few incredible men), guiding them back to their bodies, their truth, and their power. Through boudoir ceremonies, sisterhood-fuelled group shoots, deep-dive workshops, retreats, soulful branding sessions and website design—this work isn’t just about the photography. It’s about healing. Visibility. And showing up in the world as your full, unapologetic self.

My relationship with photography, body image + being a woman.
Photography has always been a part of me. As a little girl, I was the one dancing in front of the camera—expressing, feeling, playing. At 15, I got my first DSLR. It became my way of finding light in the dark—something steady when life felt heavy.
In uni, I studied photojournalism and social documentary. I photographed my grandmother as a widow—grief, strength, legacy. Even then, I knew: the camera isn’t just for capturing beauty. It’s for witnessing truth.
But it was self-portraiture that truly changed everything.
After a one-night stand in England, I didn’t feel beautiful. I felt gross. Ashamed. Disconnected. So I turned the lens on myself. Those photos cracked something open. They weren’t glamorous. But they were honest. And in that honesty—I started to come back to myself.
I’ve battled body dysmorphia, depression, panic attacks. I’ve felt numb, small, invisible.
Photography became my portal back to me.
Now, I use that same portal to help others find their way home.
Over the past five years, I’ve worked with over 200 women in intimate shoots, boudoir ceremonies, group photoshoots, workshops, and retreats. We’ve cried, danced, screamed, shed layers—physically and emotionally. This isn’t about the perfect pose or pretty lighting (though we’ve got that too). This is about feeling seen, in all your depth, softness, rage, joy, and truth.

Two solo bikepacking trips (just me, my bike, the road) The first from Passau, Germany to Bratislava, Slovakia and then Hobart to Launceston.
Solo travelled from age 19. I am a world traveller and dream of the day of packing my bags and going exploring.
