Honestly, unless you’re writing everything down, most of your wins and mistakes disappear by the end of the week. This audit gives you the space to capture it all, reflect deeply, and actually learn from it—before it slips away.
Do I need this if I’m just starting out or already running a business?
Absolutely! Whether you’re just starting or have years under your belt, this audit helps you track what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus your energy—so you’re not guessing or repeating the same cycles.
When should I use it?
Once a week! It takes at least 30 to go through properly, but that will save you so many hours of confusion, guesswork, and repeated mistakes all week long. It’s up to you how much energy you put in, but like all the things, the more energy you give, the more you’ll receive back. Honestly, Monday mornings have become my absolute favourite because now I get to go in and see my growth from the last week and connect in with my business.
How should I use it?
Print it out – I recommend printing it in colour. Treat this like a business investment, not something you cheap out on.
Print at least two months’ worth – this way you don’t have to keep going back and forth. Make it easy for yourself! Keep it all in one cute little folder so it becomes a proper weekly ritual.
Digital works too – if you prefer, you can use it on your tablet or laptop, but there’s something about a printed version you can touch, write on, and flip through that makes the reflection feel real.
Bonus tip: Treat it like a ritual, not a chore. Light a candle, make a cup of tea, put on some music — this is your time to actually see what’s working and plan the week ahead.
