The Self Love &Boudoir Photographic Experience

Whether you’re saying “I do” to someone else or saying “it’s about f*cking time” to yourself this experience will not only change the way you see yourself but it will support you in your sensual and sexual reclamation and boost your confidence so you can show up as your most embodied and liberated self.

Why should I do a Boudoir Photoshoot?

This isn’t about posing and looking “hot” for the camera. This is about claiming your body, your confidence, your power, right now.

Here’s what happens:

→ You’ll step into your body like you haven’t in years. Sensual, grounded, present, fully fucking alive.

→ You’ll feel sensual, magnetic, unapologetic without having to ‘try’.

→ You’ll see yourself differently. Soft, strong, fully embodied and the photos will be the evidence in that.

→ You’ll get the full gallery — every image, even the ones you think you won’t like so you can see the full story of yourself and FALL IN LOVE WITH ALL OF YOU.

→ You’ll leave the session different. Your posture, your energy, your confidence… it changes. Immediately.

How K went from struggling to love all parts of her body, to feeling comfortable, confident and beautiful.

↓ THIS IS HER STORY ↓

I did a Boudoir Photoshoot with Sophie because I originally wanted to document the point in my life where I would be looking my absolute best and as a bonus share this with my fiancé as a pre-wedding gift.

However, life threw me an unexpected blessing and instead I was able to document a much more meaningful point in my life where I embrace the start of changes to my body because I found out I was expecting.

Prior to the photoshoot, I was struggling to be comfortable in my body and struggling to really love all parts of my body, however this feeling did not last long as Sophie has a gift for making you feel comfortable, confident and beautiful when you’re at your most vulnerable state.

I wanted to do this self love boudoir shoot because it was and may be the only thing I will truly do something for myself. I’ve always wanted to do one and it took time to find the right package for me as I wanted it to be a certain way where I am raw, natural and not manufactured like the other packages out there.

I’m just thankful that my friend has done this experience before and I had heard from her on how amazing the experience was with Sophie. So with that feedback and then looking at the examples of Instagram, I finally booked it.

It was an experience that exceeded my expectations as it was very moving and emotional. It was like I was saying you are beautiful and worthy of love. I was giving my past, present and future self a big hug.

The journey to love one’s self is never-ending and it can be so hard with what we are exposed to on a regular basis. However, I recommend that every woman that is on a journey to love themselves should definitely do this boudoir shoot experience with Sophie.

It will teach you to be comfortable with being your most vulnerable and allow you to start to love yourself whole heartedly and embrace all your unique curves, bumps, lumps and marks like your stretch marks.

It is an experience you wish you’d have done sooner rather than later, but rest assured you will not regret it once you decide to finally do it.

Why women come to me

(And it’s not always about marriage… though that’s a fab reason, too.)

You want to gift your partner something unforgettable — sexy, intimate, and deeply personal. A boudoir session for your wedding day, an engagement gift, or even just a “because I want to celebrate us” moment.

You’ve never truly felt beautiful in a photo before. You’ve always been the one behind the camera, brushing off compliments but then wish you had more photos of yourself. It’s time that changed.

You’ve been disconnected from your body. From your confidence, your sensuality, your softness. You crave a reconnection but don’t know where to start because it’s intimidating.

You admire other women but struggle to admire yourself. You wonder what it would feel like to see yourself with that same reverence. You are the ultimate hype girl to the women in your life but can’t quite accept the compliments when they come your way.

You’re navigating a breakup or a big life shift. You feel disconnected to the woman that you are and are craving a reclamation. Something that reminds you of your power, your beauty and your fierce feminine energy.

You don’t need a reason. Sometimes you just want to feel. To be held. To celebrate yourself. To take up space. Because you don’t need an occasion to honour your own body.

You’ve found the right photographer if you...

→ You want someone who can guide you out of your head and back into your body. Someone who helps you soften, land, breathe, and feel held the entire way through.

→ You’re not here for a stiff client-photographer vibe. You want connection, conversation, and someone you could actually have a wine with afterwards.

→ You value presence over perfection. You want someone who’s grounded and goofy, sensual and silly — someone who can hold depth without taking life too seriously.

→ You’re ready to see yourself in a new light… especially if you’ve never felt truly seen in photos before.

→ You don’t want a handful of “good shots.” You want the full story. The little moments. The in-between magic.

→ You want a photographer who understands body image, heartbreak, sisterhood wounds, mental health — and knows how to hold you through the tender stuff with zero judgment.

→ You want someone who will hype you up, slow down when needed, check in, and meet you exactly where you’re at.

→ And you’re not here to pretend to look sexy. You want to feel something real. The images are simply the evidence of that.

MY STORY AND BACKGROUND

I’m Sophie — your Boudoir Photographer, ultimate hype girl + space holder.

Growing up as a dancer, not in a typical ballerina’s body, did absolute carnage to my self esteem and how I saw myself in the mirror. Not to mention, my dance teacher when I was 16 telling me to ‘be sexier’. This discomfort and shame I held around my body and my sexuality ruled my life for the 10 years that followed. It wasn’t until one of my friends at the time asked me to do a topless photoshoot for her. And as triggered as I was (hello sister wounds), it kickstarted the ultimate healing journey for not just for the women that started to step in front of my camera, but for myself.

And I’ve spent 15 years behind the lens — photographing women, businesses, and stories of all kinds. But it wasn’t until I started holding space for women in boudoir and intimate photoshoots, in all their complexity, that I truly understood how powerful and healing this work can be.

I know how to hold a space that’s:
→ Safe, non-judgmental, and deeply supportive.
→ Sexy without performance.
→ Grounding, empowering, and transformational.

When you step in front of my camera, you’re not being asked to perform or “look sexy.” You’re being invited to come home to your body, to feel your own power, softness, and sensuality.
